The Empower Culinary & Hospitality School (ECHS) West in Moratuwa is an industry-focused social initiative by Dilmah's MJF Charitable Foundation which provides professional training in all aspects of culinary practice to less-privileged youth from across Sri Lanka. Delayed by the lockdown the 8th intake will receive their certificates and prepare to enter the hospitality industry.
