Gourmet Foods Ltd., Warsaw, Poland based family company and Dilmah Tea distributor responded immediately to the crisis in Sri Lanka with a donation of US$5,000. The funds were utilized to partly fund the construction of a preschool in the Batatha South school, to offer the traumatized children of the Kalametiya Fisher Community, the therapy of art, craft and educational play.
