The MJF Foundation initiated on 22nd January a programme of assistance to upgrade the Batatha South school which educates children from the davastated Kalametiya area. Whilst many of the children and their families have suffered the trauma of losing their homes, their posessions and in some cases even their lives, the resilience of the community was remarkable, especially amongst the children.
